Baby steps

Well, this morning I weighed myself. After a week of this fitness thing I weighed myself.
I promised I would only do this once a week and as long as I was FEELING better and my stamina was increasing, I wouldn't worry as much about the scale.

But I was quite excited to see I'd lost TWO POUNDS last week.

So since my heaviest weight (I only gained 12 lbs at pregnancy....dont' hate me, it's because I was already so overweight), I have lost 39 pounds. I have 78 more to go. You do the math.

But I feel more motivated to see that the sacrifice/willpower is worth it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still getting a cookie, treat, or small scoop of ice cream in there! I just make sure to make it all balance out.
